PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A desktop app that digitises the inspection records a dyeing-and-finishing plant used to keep in paper notebooks and shared files. Scanning a barcode fills in the product data, and defects are entered through a three-field composer plus large touch-friendly palettes. Because no database server could be introduced, records are stored as append-only files on a shared folder, so simultaneous saves from many PCs never lock or corrupt anything. The UI defaults to Thai with Japanese and English switching, and is designed for operators with little PC experience.
